Terms & Conditions
1. UPFRONT FEE BASIS
Exclusive 2 You operates strictly on an upfront fee basis. The agreed fee must be paid before services commence.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
2.1 Once a vehicle has been sourced and provided to the Client, Exclusive 2 You’s service obligation is considered fulfilled. Therefore, the fee is non-refundable.
2.2 For fee details and service specifications, please refer to the Packages Information that was selected by you.
2.3 If Exclusive 2 You is unable to source the requested vehicle(s) within 10 working days from the initial request, the Client will be refunded the selected package fee.
3. CLIENT VEHICLE VIEWING REQUIREMENT
3.1 The Client is required to view their selected vehicle in person upon completion of Exclusive 2 You’s services. The date and time of viewing will be agreed with the Client in advance, taking the client’s availability into consideration.
3.2 If after committing to the proposed date the Client fails to attend more than two scheduled viewings, Exclusive 2 You will terminate any further service obligations, and the fee will remain non-refundable.
3.3 Provisions to this part of the agreement will be taken into consideration, in unfortunate circumstances. The provision will be applied at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
4.1 APR & Finance Approval: Exclusive 2 You is only responsible for sourcing vehicles. The Company is not responsible for APR interest rates offered or the outcome of finance approvals, as these are based on individual Client circumstances. The service fee remains non-refundable.
4.2 Vehicle Breakdown or Warranty Issues: If the purchased vehicle experiences mechanical issues, the Client must contact the seller directly regarding warranty claims or resolutions. Exclusive 2 You is not liable for post-purchase vehicle performance or seller responsibilities due to data protection laws.
4.3 Exclusive 2 You is only able to source cars as per manufacture specifications. When choosing a specific colour, this must be in said manufactures specifications.
5. CLIENT PRIVACY & PAYMENT SECURITY
Exclusive 2 You is committed to protecting client privacy and will only request essential data required to facilitate vehicle sourcing and related services. This may include:

Vehicle details for sourcing and part-exchange inquiries

Contact details for communication purposes (if voluntarily provided)

Exclusive 2 You will never request sensitive personal data such as:

Home address, work address

Date of birth (D.O.B)

Bank details
All service fees are payable only via a secure Stripe Business Account link provided by Exclusive 2 You.
6. PART-EXCHANGE INQUIRIES
6.1 If the Client requires Exclusive 2 You to inquire about part-exchange options, the following information must be provided:

Vehicle registration number
-
Current mileage
-
Number of previous owners
-
Service history
-
Condition of the vehicle (photo evidence may be required)

Finance settlement figure & finance provider details (if applicable)
This information helps Exclusive 2 You obtain the best possible part-exchange offers and assess future finance options for the Client’s next vehicle.
6.2 Exclusive 2 You shall bear no liability for any discrepancies in the valuation or pricing of a part-exchange vehicle in instances where the Client has provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information regarding the vehicle’s specifications, condition, ownership history, mileage, service records, or any other relevant details.
6.3 The Client acknowledges that any incorrect information may result in a valuation adjustment or the invalidation of the part-exchange offer, for which Exclusive 2 You shall not be held responsible.
7. VEHICLE CHECKS
Exclusive 2 You conducts all necessary checks available before presenting sourced vehicles to the Client. However, final due diligence before purchase remains the Client’s responsibility.
8. WARRANTY & POST-PURCHASE RESPONSIBILITY
If a purchased vehicle experiences mechanical failure, the Client must contact the seller directly to resolve the matter and discuss any available warranty cover. Exclusive 2 You is not responsible for post-purchase vehicle issues due to data protection laws.
9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By proceeding with Exclusive 2 You’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
